This portal is designed to support ANMs (Auxiliary Nurse Midwives) in resolving their queries related to various High-Risk Protocols (HRPs) during pregnancy. It enables MTO to track, manage, and resolve queries efficiently, ensuring faster response times and improved service delivery to end users.

We employ a two-way communication system, where ANMs receive responses both from a smart chatbot and, when needed, from designated Medical Technical Officers (MTOs).

• ANMs submit their queries via WhatsApp.
• The chatbot instantly responds to valid, pregnancy-related questions based on predefined topics, ensuring zero delay in response time.
• If the chatbot identifies a query as a salutation or non-medical, it intelligently disregards it.
• If the query is outside the chatbot’s scope, it is automatically escalated to the MTO. The MTO can then raise a ticket, resolve the issue, and mark it as closed.
• Alternatively, MTOs can respond directly to ANMs, bypassing chatbot involvement when required.

To support monitoring and evaluation, the portal includes a comprehensive dashboard and reporting system, helping stakeholders track query status, resolution timelines, and overall platform performance.
